The UK Vision Strategy has opened a call for posters and abstracts for the Vision UK 2013 conference.

Vision UK 2013 will be held on 11 June at the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre, London, UK. Submissions should be abstracts that focus on the delivery of the UK Vision Strategy objectives and outcomes.

The posters will be on display for delegates to view for the duration of the conference. Awards for the best poster in each category will be presented at the close of the conference. Posters must be sent by 8 April 2013.

Anita Lightstone, UK Vision Strategy Programme Director and VISION 2020 UK Interim Chief Operations Officer, commented, "The posters provide an excellent opportunity for those in the sector to showcase their work and share best practice with their peers. It is through this shared learning that we can continue to develop robust tactics to achieve the UK Vision Strategy aims."
