Carl Zeiss Meditec has now completed its acquisition of Acri.Tec AG.

Carl Zeiss Meditec has now completed its acquisition of Acri.Tec AG.

Acri.Tec, which generated sales revenues of €15.4 million in the 2006 financial year, specializes in innovative implants for ophthalmic surgery. The two companies' products complement each other well and the acquisition will expand Carl Zeiss Meditec's rapidly-growing ophthalmic surgery division.
