Optos plc has announced its proposed acquisition of the entire issued shared capital of Opto Global Holdings for up to $14.75 million.

Optos plc has announced its proposed acquisition of the entire issued shared capital of Opto Global Holdings for up to $14.75 million.

This transaction will afford Optos a strong product range in glaucoma, retina, cataract & refractive treatment and diagnosis, and a global distribution network. Additionally, the company will be able to expand Opto Global's products into the US and EU markets as well as promoting its own products in the Far and Middle East, Australasia, Africa and Latin America.
