Available from Oertli is its combined platform, the faros, which has been designed to enable surgeons to work on both the anterior and posterior segments of the eye. It is also available as a pure phaco machine with permanent upgrade options for the posterior segment.

Femtosecond laser procedures

The CUSTOMLENS laser performs anterior capsulotomy, lens fragmentation, and corneal incision and also features an on-line optical coherence tomography, providing a real-time view of the procedure. A standalone laser for cataract surgery will also be available.

The SUPRACOR excimer laser is an aberration-optimized presbyopic algorithm and can be used for the treatment of hyperopia, emmetropia and myopia. The same treatment profile is applied to both eyes and the procedure is suitable for post-LASIK eyes.
