OPKO Health has completed its acquisition of Ophthalmic Technologies Inc. (OTI), a privately owned Canadian company.

OPKO Health has completed its acquisition of Ophthalmic Technologies Inc. (OTI), a privately owned Canadian company.

OTI markets a full line of ultrasound and imaging products and its new Spectral SLO-OCT system provides confocal fundus imaging allowing for accurate point-to-point registration and orientation of the B-Scan image in real-time.

OTI's new system offers a wide range of clinical possibilities with its ability to provide high resolution B-Scan images, 3D Tomographic and Topographic data, and Optic Nerve and RNFL data for monitoring glaucoma patients.
